Yummy muffins, however some odd measurements, like 1 1/2 eggs? My friend and I just doubled the recipe.  Cranberry and orange just screams Christmas and a wonderful medley of food together :D

Side Note: We didn’t have caster sugar or pecans so we used regular sugar (which we researched and as long as your baking it, its ok) and almonds.  They turned out great with those subsitutions.
